Cozy Country Vacation Home

-No smoking of any kind in the house. You will be charged a minimum of $500 if you choose to smoke in the house. No Incense or candles. Please think of the next guests who may be sensitive to strong smells. -Guests are responsible for doing the dishes. -No parties. -The Basement is not part of the rental, please do not enter. -Accidents happen, it’s OK! If you break dishes or damage the house, please let me know as soon as possible so I can plan the repairs before the next guests arrive. -If you bring your furry friend over, please pick up all the “surprises” they leave behind. -No loose garbage in the outside bin. Blue, Clear or Green bags ONLY. -Do not put hot pots and pans on the table and countertop. Please use the trivets, they are there for you. -Extra pillows in the master bedroom closet are there for your use, but do not put them back in the closet after you use them. Leave them out so we can wash them for the next guests. -Unapproved late checkouts will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. -Most important rule I have is, have a great relaxing vacation!
